Family-Owned & Brother-Led
The Brothers Behind 2Clean
2Clean helps hotels, restaurants, retail centers, offices, managed communities, and select homeowners protect the first impression their property makes. With over 9 years of exterior-cleaning experience, Seth, Matt, and the team bring clear planning, dependable communication, and careful workmanship to every project across Miami and South Florida.
Seth
Founder & CEO
Seth's journey into property care started with a passion for real estate and property transformation. He saw the value that high-quality exterior cleaning and paver sealing could bring to hotels, businesses, managed properties, and homeowners alike. That insight led to founding 2Clean. With over 9 years of hands-on experience, Seth brings a meticulous eye for detail and a strong understanding of the first impression a well-maintained property creates.
“I started 2Clean to offer more than just a service. I wanted to create a company property teams and homeowners could trust, knowing we'd deliver exceptional results every time.”
Matt
COO
Matt's professional journey began in law, where he developed an exceptional eye for detail and a strong foundation in clear, effective communication. After relocating from Los Angeles to South Florida, Matt transitioned into marketing, applying his strengths to drive growth and efficiency for businesses. As COO, Matt ensures operations run smoothly and maintains seamless communication with clients.
“My mission is to make sure every client feels confident in their decision to work with us. We don't just deliver results—we deliver peace of mind.”
