You pay when the work is right

Not a badge on a footer. Here are the actual terms, in plain language, so you know what you can hold us to.

You approve before you pay

We walk the finished work with you where we can, or send photos where we cannot. Payment happens once you have seen the result, not before.

If something was missed, we come back

Tell us within 7 days and we will return and put it right at no additional charge. No arguments about whether it counts.

We tell you what will not come out

Etched glass, deep rust, permanently stained concrete — some things do not fully clear. You will hear that before we start, not as an excuse afterwards.

The estimate is the price

If we find something on site that genuinely changes the scope, we stop and talk to you. The number does not move after the fact.

The right method for the surface

We will not pressure wash a roof, a painted finish, or a screen enclosure to save time. If a surface needs soft washing, it gets soft washing.

Why this page exists

Most exterior cleaning guarantees do not say anything

“100% satisfaction guaranteed” appears on almost every website in this industry, including some belonging to companies that will not return your call. It means nothing without a window, a remedy, and a named exclusion list.

The details

Seven days from completion. That is enough time to see the work in different light and after rain, which is usually when anything missed becomes obvious.

Damage that existed before we arrived, staining we identified as permanent before starting, and regrowth over time — algae comes back, and how quickly depends on shade and moisture. What is covered is work that was not done properly.

For standard residential work, no. Larger commercial and sealing jobs where we are buying materials specifically for your property are agreed case by case, and we will be clear about it up front.

We send photos of the completed work. The seven-day window starts from completion either way, so you have time to look at it in person.
